(2025/08/25) Saw a review saying the foods here were more consistent than the Chuck in the downtown. Based on my experience so far (twice here and once there), I agree with that reviewer. The Porterhouse I had today was much better than the one I had last week in the downtown, with better texture and richer flavour. (2025/06/11) First time, Wednesday afternoon around 4 PM, not busy but there were some other customers, mostly drinking. The environment was a little bit noisy, not my type but might suit others. Considering the available offers, I would say the foods and drinks here are really good. The Back Ribs were not that huge, but tender and delicious, so as the Wings. The Fries were crispy and seasoned properly. Got everything within 10 minutes after ordering, worth a visit and will probably go again.

The service there was great! Waiter was really nice to us, and we had our meal in reasonable time. The food was great and pretty big for the price so was definitely satisfied here.
We often visit Chuck’s at wonderland rd in London, during our last visit to this location my family and I were quite surprised to see a familiar face working back at this location. Good service is not always easy to find in most establishments here in the city and since Ashley had left we did have a couple of less than satisfactory experiences at this location. Ashley is very outgoing and had been our server for all of our previous visits prior to her departure. Now that Ashley is back our dining experience will be back to outstanding! It was Good to see our regular server back…. Keep up the amazing work Ashley and we look forward to seeing you again soon. For those whom have not had the “Ashley” experience at Chuck’s it might be worth requesting her section on your next visit.
Food was excellent, and they said service may be slow because they only had 2 cooks, one VV if them was called in, on a holiday Monday, and the orders came after a regular wait time, faster then expected. We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. Will be back This particular location is on Wonderland, almost at Oxford St, just past Costco north, on the other side of Wonderland, beside Tim Hortons.
The service was not the Best. We were a party of 30 people and we were watching the baseball game and the manager changed the channel, even when they have 10 different tv screens. I told him to put the baseball game back and he never did it. It was very disgusting. Last night we went back and xristo was our server. He was amazingly good. Totally different
One of the best Chuck’s branches. Usually Chucks either over or under cooks their steaks but this branch is more consistent in their cooking. Far better than the one in Downtown London.
